Manage your business the simple way

Sales and purchases carry GCT, with each product set as standard, zero-rated or exempt, and the GCT return (output and input GCT) downloads as a PDF or CSV. Payroll calculates PAYE, NIS, NHT and Education Tax, with the employee and employer shares, and the employer's HEART contribution. It also produces the monthly remittance, the annual employer return and P24- and P45-style certificates. The tax rates are set centrally in SIMBMS, so you do not enter them yourself.

We offer one plan: Cloud Premium, each monthly or annually. Cloud Premium includes Insights, E-commerce, Utility, CRM email campaigns and support tickets, and the Cash Flow, Monthly P&L, Trial Balance and Accounts Receivable Aging reports. Cloud Premium includes the WooCommerce integration at no extra cost. Each plan's price, users and features are listed in the Pricing section above.

Each plan includes a set number of users. Where a plan sells extra users, an administrator buys them from the subscription page in SIMBMS, at the price shown for the plan above. Users added part-way through a billing period are charged only for the rest of that period, and they renew with your plan.

Yes. Each user gets one or more roles: Admin, Account (bookkeeping), Sales, CRM, HR or Employee, and only sees the modules those roles allow. Admins add and manage users for their own organization. Staff with only the Employee role get a self-service portal for their payslips, schedules and leave requests.

Free trials are offered from time to time. While one is running, the Pricing section above shows it and how many days it lasts.

Payments go through WiPay's secure checkout, and prices are in Jamaican dollars (JMD). You pay when you sign up on this site; renewals, plan changes and extra users are paid the same way from the subscription page in SIMBMS, and receipts are emailed to you. Your card details are entered on WiPay's page, not with us. If a subscription runs out, an administrator can still sign in and renew it.

Yes. Every record belongs to one organization, and every read and write is limited to the organization of the signed-in user; a request with no organization is refused. Uploaded files are only served to signed-in users of the organization they belong to.

Passwords need at least 8 characters with upper and lower case letters, a digit and a symbol, and an account locks for 15 minutes after 5 failed sign-ins. Each user can turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app. The site runs over HTTPS only, saved credentials such as email passwords and store keys are encrypted, and sign-ins and changes are recorded in an audit log.

The WooCommerce integration, included with Cloud Premium, connects SIMBMS to your own WordPress site running WooCommerce. Your products, prices, images and stock are published to the store, online orders are imported automatically, order status and shipping updates are sent to your customers, and online buyers are added to your CRM. Customers browse, sign in and pay on your WooCommerce site.

Yes. The profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and trial balance download as PDF or CSV, as do sales reports. The general ledger, budget vs actual, payables aging, GCT return, payroll reports and your customer, product and employee lists export to CSV. Quotes, invoices, receipts, purchase orders, customer statements and payslips are produced as PDFs and can be emailed from SIMBMS. Customers, employees, journal entries and bank statements can be imported from CSV files.
